By accessing or using CEO Labs at ceolabs.tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

CEO Labs provides an AI-powered business operating system that gives entrepreneurs and business owners access to AI agents for strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and finance guidance. The platform is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use CEO Labs you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• CEO Labs offers monthly subscription plans (Starter $49/mo, Growth $99/mo, Pro $199/mo)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CEO Labs for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform to generate harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our platform

7. AI Agent Disclaimer

CEO Labs AI agents provide business guidance and recommendations based on the information you provide. This guidance is for informational purposes only and does not constitute:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Accounting advice
• Professional consulting services

8. Intellectual Property

• CEO Labs and its AI systems are owned by CEO Labs and protected by intellectual property laws
• You retain ownership of your business data and content you input into the platform
• You grant CEO Labs a license to use your data to provide and improve our services

9. Privacy

Your use of CEO Labs is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at ceolabssenderemail@gmail.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEO Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

CEO Labs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI agent recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of CEO Labs after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
